Paper Submission (CMT System)<\/strong> All initial submissions must be made exclusively through the <strong>Microsoft CMT<\/strong> system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.icada.com.tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/icada-template.docx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ICADA Congress Template<\/a> (<a href=\"http:\/\/icada.com.tr\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2026\/01\/icada-sablon.docx\">ICADA Kongre \u015eablonu<\/a>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Metadata Entry:<\/strong> Please ensure that <strong>all author information<\/strong> (names, affiliations, and emails) is entered completely and accurately into the CMT system&#8217;s metadata fields during the submission process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Format &amp; Length:<\/strong> All submitted papers must strictly adhere to the provided congress template.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Page Limit:<\/strong> Submissions <strong>must not exceed a maximum of 4 pages<\/strong>. Papers exceeding this limit or deviating from the specified format may not be accepted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>File Upload (docx file):<\/strong> To facilitate the review process, authors are required to upload &#8220;<strong>Blinded Manuscript:<\/strong> A copy of the paper with <strong>no author details<\/strong> to be used for the peer-review process&#8221;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/cmt3.research.microsoft.com\/ICADA2026\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Microsoft CMT<\/strong><\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.
