Q: When and where will the congress take place? A: The 6th International Artificial Intelligence and Data Science Congress (ICADA 2026) will be held from April 20–22, 2026, hosted by Nevşehir Hacı Bektaş Veli University in Nevşehir (Cappadocia), Türkiye.
Q: What is the participation format? Is online participation available? A: Yes, our congress features a hybrid structure. Participants can choose to present their work either in-person (face-to-face) or online, depending on their preference.
Q: What are the presentation languages? Can I present in Turkish? A: The official languages of the congress are Turkish and English. You may prepare and present your papers in either language.
🎓 Academic Criteria and Publication
Q: Does the congress meet the Associate Professorship (ÜAK) criteria? A: Yes, ICADA 2026 meets the criteria set by the Inter-University Council (ÜAK) for Associate Professorship. Our Scientific Committee is composed internationally, with academicians from various countries.
Q: Is the congress eligible for Academic Incentives (Teşvik)? A: Our congress holds international status. Academic incentive scoring depends on the ratio of foreign participants (meeting the >50% threshold) finalized after the event and the evaluation of your university’s respective commission.
Q: Where will the papers be published? A: Accepted and presented papers will be published in the Congress Proceedings Book. Additionally, selected papers have the potential to be published in contracted journals (e.g., JAIDA). 📝 Registration, Accommodation, and Listener Participation
Q: Can I attend as a listener without presenting a paper? A: Yes, you can attend the congress in person under the “Listener” status without submitting a paper. Q: Is accommodation included in the registration fee? A: No, accommodation and travel expenses are the responsibility of the participants and are not included in the congress registration fee.
Q: Will a Certificate of Participation be issued? A: Yes, a certificate of participation is issued to authors contributing with a paper and to registered listeners.
Q: Can High School/Associate Degree/Bachelor’s Degree students apply with project papers? A: Research projects prepared by students under the supervision of a teacher/advisor may be accepted, provided they comply with scientific criteria and formatting rules, and pass the peer-review process.
