The registration fees for the 6th International Artificial Intelligence and Data Science Congress (ICADA 2026) are structured as follows:
- In-Person Participation:3,000 TRY / 90 USD
- Includes: Access to all congress sessions (in-person and online), daily lunch during the congress.
- In-Person Listener Participation: 2,000 TRY / 60 USD
- Includes: Access to in-person congress sessions. Please note that this fee is allocated to cover expenses such as daily lunch, the Listener Participation Certificate, and other organizational costs.
- Virtual (Online) Participation:2,000 TRY / 60 USD
- Includes: Access to online sessions, digital presentation capabilities, and access to Keynote/Invited Speeches.
- Additional Paper Fee: 1,000 TRY / 30 USD (per extra paper)
Session Access Policy (Important) Please note the following regarding access to sessions:
- Keynote & Invited Speeches: These sessions will be accessible to all participants (both In-Person and Virtual).
- Regular In-Person Presentations: Papers presented face-to-face in the congress halls will not be broadcast online. Virtual participants will only have access to online sessions and Keynote speeches.
Registration Inclusions For all registered participants, the fee covers the cost of all digital materials, including the Digital Certificate of Participation and the Congress Proceedings Book.
If you would like to attend, the Gala Dinner on the evening of the first day costs 1000 TL / 30 USD.
