1. Paper Submission (CMT System) All initial submissions must be made exclusively through the Microsoft CMT system.

- Metadata Entry: Please ensure that all author information (names, affiliations, and emails) is entered completely and accurately into the CMT system’s metadata fields during the submission process.
- Format & Length: All submitted papers must strictly adhere to the provided congress template.
- Page Limit: Submissions must not exceed a maximum of 4 pages. Papers exceeding this limit or deviating from the specified format may not be accepted.
- File Upload (docx file): To facilitate the review process, authors are required to upload “Blinded Manuscript: A copy of the paper with no author details to be used for the peer-review process”.
The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
2. Post-Acceptance & Registration Following the peer-review process, authors of accepted papers must complete the Final Registration Form via the link provided below.
Please use this form to submit the following:
- For publication purposes, authors will be required to upload their camera-ready submissions through Microsoft CMT.
- Proof of Payment: A copy of the bank transfer receipt (dekont).
- Participation Mode: Your preference for Online or In-Person (Face-to-Face) attendance.
- Additional Details: Information regarding any accompanying persons (“plus one”), if applicable.
- Etc.
3. Workshop Registration: Participants interested in attending the AI & Data Science Center Directors’ Workshop are required to complete a separate registration process.
- Application: Please register for the specific sessions by filling out the Workshop Application Form provided below.
